For more than a decade, he has been involved in the field of education and development of professionals, specializing in communication skills and interpersonal relationships. Her education in psychology and sociology has provided her with a solid foundation for understanding the dynamics of interpersonal communication and group processes. During her internship, she has had the opportunity to work with diverse groups of professionals, from managers to academics.
In the academic environment, she has direct experience as a lecturer and lecturer at several Czech universities – she has worked at the Faculty of Economics and Administration and the Faculty of Arts of Masaryk University, the Czech Technical University in Prague, and Newton University, where she taught courses related to psychology, personal development, and management, and led thematic workshops and lectures.
As a certified trainer and coach, he focuses primarily on developing communication skills, conducting constructive dialogue, and providing effective feedback. In his work as a trainer, he emphasizes the practical application of theoretical concepts and creates space for the active involvement of participants through interactive exercises and model situations.
She uses a combination of proven educational methods and innovative approaches to deliver her courses. It emphasizes linking theoretical foundations with the participants' daily practice, encourages creative approaches to solving communication challenges, and creates a safe environment for practicing new skills.
