Her education in psychology and sociology has provided her with a solid foundation for understanding the dynamics of interpersonal communication and group processes. During her internship, she has had the opportunity to work with diverse groups of professionals, from managers to academics.

In the academic environment, she has direct experience as a lecturer and lecturer at several Czech universities – she has worked at the Faculty of Economics and Administration and the Faculty of Arts of Masaryk University, the Czech Technical University in Prague, and Newton University, where she taught courses related to psychology, personal development, and management, and led thematic workshops and lectures.
