The workshop „How to Make Convincing Arguments“ develops the ability to convey information precisely, create effective arguments and conduct negotiations using functional questions. This will give you a better chance of achieving your objectives in difficult negotiations.

  • strategy, tactics, motivation and persuasion
  • starting, leading and closing difficult communications
