Offer of workshops & training
The workshops are designed for all MU teachers, regardless of their experience and length of teaching practice. They aim to develop teachers' pedagogical competences in specific areas, with workshop topics based on teachers' needs and current issues in higher education pedagogy. The lecturer team consists of CERPEK lecturers and external lecturers.

Training available in English
Training of micro-skills, skills to react in a specific situation. Short 2–3 hour sessions without theory, just training (deliberative practice) with reflection, e.g. giving instructions, responding to inappropriate behaviour of a student, responding to an extreme view in a discussion, asking questions of higher cognitive demand, etc.
