At the workshop, you will learn about several ways to help you build or maintain your confidence, not only in everyday situations but especially in challenging situations you encounter at work. You will learn how to approach yourself and others in a way that includes respect for yourself while learning how to use assertive self-talk techniques to achieve your own goals with an emphasis on respect for others. Last but not least, you will learn to handle uncomfortable thoughts better, gain insight into the concept of invincibility, and learn the skills needed to boost your self-esteem.

Lecturer

Mgr. Alexandra Čmáriková Slobodníková, Ph.D.

Alexandra Slobodníková is an experienced psychologist and psychotherapist with extensive experience in the health care sector, but she also works as a lecturer and coach. She has been working in the Motiv P agency for twenty years and specializes in courses focused on personal development. Her professional seminars cover key areas such as effective communication, conflict management, working with stress, work-life balance, and psycho-hygiene.

From 2002 to 2009 she worked as an assistant professor at the Faculty of Arts of Trnava University of Applied Sciences in Trnava and then at St. Elizabeth University in Bratislava. Since 2008, she has also been an external lecturer at the Psychology Institute of the Faculty of Arts of MUNI in Brno. Since 2013, he has also been a cooperating lecturer for the retraining course of Goal-Conscious Coaching – Motiv P Coach accredited by the Ministry of Education.
