Conflicts are a normal part of our lives. This workshop will give you the necessary basics to become a good communicator. You will learn to listen to what others are saying, some of which they may not even be aware of. In our communication, we do not convey complete messages; some information remains hidden, and others reach the other person in a distorted or generalized form. For this reason, misunderstandings and miscommunication occur in interpersonal communication. Have you ever thought about how much information you miss from others and what messages you unintentionally pass on to those around you? If you learn to read the non-verbal signals of the body, you can recognize what is going on in the other person; you will become a perceptive and successful communicator.

  • levels of communication and how we can use them in negotiations
  • how to recognize the beginning of a conflict and resolve it early with a positive outcome
  • what can we do differently to handle an emotionally tense situation more effectively
  • the application of assertive techniques to working relationships
  • reactions and the art of dealing with emotionally tense situations
  • conflict resolution with different types of people
  • working with communication blockers (manipulation, assumptions, prejudices)
  • dealing with specific situations

  • You will learn to manage conflict situations and solve problems constructively.
  • You will learn how to improve the quality of relationships and make communication with people more effective.
  • You will learn to look at situations with perspective and to use "common sense."
  • You will learn how to be more empathetic and open to others and how to listen.
