We believe that nurturing dedicated teachers builds their confidence and provides traditional and innovative tools to support the enhancement of teaching quality and effectiveness. It also assists in building a learning community and places the topic of teaching development at the forefront of the minds of individual teachers, departments and the university as a whole.
