language of the event

Train hard, fight easy. Some pedagogical skills are acquired only through practice. Microskills training is an opportunity to get that practice in a safe environment and try out what works and how it works for us. The entire session will be devoted to hands-on training and feedback. We will pick some challenging interactions with students and try our hand at responding to them. We'll find out how it worked and how happy we are with it, see how someone else tackles it, and give it another go. An influx of aha moments and dynamic flow is guaranteed.
