language of the event

Train hard, fight easy. Some pedagogical skills are acquired only through practice. Microskills training is an opportunity to get that practice in a safe environment and try out what works and how it works for us. The entire session will be devoted to hands-on training and feedback on it.

We'll think of and ask questions that work as we need them to: pique curiosity, stimulate discussion, motivate thinking, and engage everyone. We'll find out from others how it worked, hear how someone else would ask them, and have another go. An influx of eureka moments and dynamic flow is guaranteed.
