The workshop is aimed at improving the ability to identify talents in individuals and work effectively with them. It focuses on providing practical tools and tips for talent identification and development, as well as ways to support the growth of talented individuals. Participants will learn how to identify talents and how to develop them further, ways to motivate talented individuals, and how to provide the necessary support to maximize their potential. The workshop is especially designed for leaders who want to become more interested in talent development and want to work effectively with talented individuals. Participants will gain valuable information on people management, psychology and coaching and will have the opportunity to meet other participants interested in the topic of talent development.
