Effective team leadership is an essential skill for every manager. Connecting the team and using team roles helps to lead more effectively, foster collaboration and achieve goals. This workshop will help you to better recognize and understand the benefits of teamwork while recognizing its drawbacks and potential pitfalls.

Goals

  • you will learn to use specific tools to work with the team and identify factors that affect team performance
  • learn about the different roles that people tend to take in a team and appreciate their contribution
  • Understand how team members' personalities affect how they function within the team and the overall team dynamic
  • confirm your preferred team role and improve your recognition of team roles and personalities
  • prepare for the phases that a team goes through and the typical risks they face in each phase

She graduated from the Faculty of Education of the J. E. Purkyně University in Ústí nad Labem. She is an experienced manager, project manager and lecturer who meets the condition of dual practice, i.e. she knows how to lead a team really well herself and can teach it to others. In her practice she has gone through practically every position in the business field (from sales representative to sales director). During her lecturing experience she has worked for a number of renowned companies. Courses led by Mrs. Landová are characterized by high participation of participants and are focused on practical application of newly acquired knowledge and skills.
