Podoba univerzitní výuky se neustále vyvíjí, a především v posledních semestrech se na základě vnějších okolností proměňovala velmi dynamicky. Zkušenosti, které jsme získali, nás mohou vystavovat o něco častějšímu přemýšlení nad otázkou: Jak vyučovat v příštích semestrech? anebo také: Jak motivovat studenty k (samo)studiu? Jednou z možností je inovativní a do značné míry univerzálně využitelný způsob výuky zvaný flipped classroom. V rámci workshopu budeme společně odhalovat kouzlo tohoto způsobu výuky, sdílet příklady dobré praxe a vaše zkušenosti a také hledat odpovědi na otázky, se kterými na workshop přijdete. Tím otevřeme prostor pro designování vaší vlastní výuky, na kterou lze nahlédnout i jinou optikou, než bývá obvyklé.

Lecturers
Miroslava Dvořáková graduated in sociology and andragogy at the Faculty of Arts of Palacký University in Olomouc. Currently she is mainly engaged in university teaching at the Department of Educational Sciences of MU and lecturing, methodological and publishing activities in the field of theory of andragogy and adult education, adult didactics and lecturing competences. He has been teaching in the combined form of university studies since 2002.

She is a university teacher and a member of the leadership of the Community of Educators of Future Teachers, responsible for the pedagogical and didactic training of future teachers at the Faculty of Arts at MU. She has done research on the quality of teaching and the preparation of quality teaching is one of her favourite topics to lecture on. She developed her teaching skills primarily in the non-profit organisation Brontosaurus Movement, where she ran children's and youth clubs and provided training for local organisers. When not mentoring future and current teachers, she writes about education and tends to the flora and fauna on her nature-friendly farm.
