CERPEK is a university-wide centre and as such participates in a number of activities, while any MU department can request cooperation. If you are interested in a development and training event in the area of developing People leadership competencies customized for your workplace or your employees, you can contact us.

Consulting

CERPEK also offers support for employee development and training through individual consultations. Are you interested in a consultation in the area of people leadership competencies? Do you need to consult on your own or your employees' development? Do not hesitate to contact us. Individual consultations are especially for senior employees, L&D coordinators, training specialists, HR specialists, as well as individual employees who are not managers. Consultations are suitable for MU academic and non-academic staff.
