The Talent program

CERPEK's vision in the area of personal competences is that people at Masaryk University work on self-awareness and personal development. We achieve this vision primarily through a comprehensive development program called Talent. The Talent program focuses on the development of identified talents for both management and personal growth. It helps to develop competencies that are essential for an employee's horizontal and vertical career development. The program is an ideal place to find and define one's own potential. At the same time, it is an opportunity to discover ways to develop it. The benefit of the program lies in the exchange of experiences, inspiration and know-how between the participants. The Talent programe is designed for those who want to work on themselves, grow in their careers and thus contribute to the development of their workplace and Masaryk University.
