Change is an integral part of company and human development. We encounter it at every step, and it does not matter whether it is a minor change or a significant change that changes all the existing rules. This course aims to guide you through change and its management. Change is neither good nor bad. Change is, and it is up to us how it takes place.

Goals

  • You will understand the principles of change.
  • You will learn the skills to approach change.
  • You will learn the eight steps of Kotter's change management model.
  • You will learn how to perform the necessary analysis to make effective changes.
  • You will learn how to set and communicate change objectives proactively.
  • You will learn the skills to gain allies to promote change.
  • You will be prepared for resistance and reluctance from change recipients and learn how to communicate with change resisters and persuade them to change their attitudes.
  • You will learn how to develop a change management plan towards the organisation's leadership and subordinates.

Since 1998, he has been a professional lecturer in quality management methods in services and production. He has worked as a quality specialist and process manager in process improvement projects. He has completed the complete Master Black Belt Six Sigma training. He has led internal quality measurement projects and collaborated on continuous improvement management.

He is a certified coach. He has been a senior project manager for internal coaching projects in Hungary and Romania.

His trainings include both the theoretical framework of the subject and his experience gained during practice using the latest trends in the field. He helps participants find answers to questions, ways of further development, and new perspectives.

He conducts the courses interactively, and participants always take away a plan to apply the newly acquired information and skills directly in their practice.
