The coaching approach in a manager's work is considered one of the most influential and motivating ways of leading people with a clear impact on performance. Coaching pushes the boundaries of capability and opens up space for greater use of the inner potential of colleagues by enabling them to look at problems differently than before. A systematic coaching approach to managing processes in an organisation has a significant positive impact on the development of company culture, internal communication and employee professional and personal growth.

How does coaching work in practice? When is it an appropriate way of leadership (and development), and when is it not? Which employees can be coached? What are the risks of coaching? Can examples of good practice in coaching from other organizations be taken into the MUNI environment? The workshop Coaching in managerial practice will answer these and other questions.
