At the workshop, you will learn about several ways to help you build or maintain your confidence, not only in everyday situations but especially in challenging situations you encounter at work. You will learn how to approach yourself and others in a way that includes respect for yourself while learning how to use assertive self-talk techniques to achieve your own goals with an emphasis on respect for others. Last but not least, you will learn to handle uncomfortable thoughts better, gain insight into the concept of invincibility, and learn the skills needed to boost your self-esteem.

She has worked in the Motiv P agency since 2005 as a coach and lecturer of training courses for managers, salespeople and executive employees. Since 2013, he has been an associate lecturer for the Motiv P School of Purposeful Coaching. She focuses on soft skills courses and acts as an assessor in selection procedures and Development Centre programmes for company management.
