Conflicts are a normal part of our lives. This workshop will give you the necessary basics to become a good communicator. You will learn to listen to what others are saying, some of which they may not even be aware of. In our communication, we do not convey complete messages; some information remains hidden, and others reach the other person in a distorted or generalized form. For this reason, misunderstandings and miscommunication occur in interpersonal communication. Have you ever thought about how much information you miss from others and what messages you unintentionally pass on to those around you? If you learn to read the non-verbal signals of the body, you can recognize what is going on in the other person; you will become a perceptive and successful communicator.
