Jiří Beran is a psychologist, coach, and therapist by training. He has worked for over 20 years in HR and specializes in the latest strategy, management, communication, and people development trends.
It focuses mainly on developing middle and senior management in team leadership and motivation, setting up reward systems and performance management, corporate evaluation, personal effectiveness, stress management, and working with talent.
During the workshop we will offer you coffee, tea, and small sweets. A lunch break is planned in the workshop programme. If you bring your own food, you can use the local fridge, microwave, and utensils.
