Workshop Respect at Universities I. is a practically oriented interactive workshop aimed at providing information and taking into account the specific position of Ph.D. students in the university environment. The goal is to convey the tools that make up the prevention component of addressing sexual harassment, bullying, and violence on campus. The workshop is an introduction to the topic of sexual harassment. Together, we will discuss what can be considered sexual harassment and violence by both male and female university employees and students. We will discuss what to do if we witness problematic behavior, how to deal with victims and perpetrators, and who to turn to for help. We will try out model situations, learn practical information from the Czech Republic and abroad, share our attitudes and opinions, and we will all leave a little better prepared to not be part of the problem.
