How do you cope with the challenges posed by (not only) a dynamic academic environment, which is reflected in your job satisfaction? Join us for a two-day workshop where you will have time to yourself and map your work capability perfectly (more about work capability here). Together, we will open up topics related to your strengths, motivation, change, career plans, work-life balance, the art of saying NO, job changes, burnout syndrome, and mental well-being.

The course is built on the foundations of the globally recognized certified Professional Seniority® and Age Management methods, developed and scientifically validated by experts from the Finnish Institute of Occupational Health. Its purpose is to support career management and employee mental well-being in today's rapidly changing world of work.
