At the Effective stress management workshop, you will learn practical tools for managing stress and strengthening your mental resilience in today's hectic and hectic times. You will be able to work with environmental pressures and discover inner resources for immediate calming.

She has extensive experience implementing complex development projects, including personnel audits, training, coaching, and career planning – including assessment and development centers.
