Beginning in the 1990s, František Hroník was one of the first in the Czech and Slovak republics to focus on cognitive behavioural psychology, which he has successfully combined with the business environment. He is an experienced lecturer, coach and a prominent expert in the field of human resources management, but also a successful manager.
František Hroník founded the educational company Motiv P and was twice a finalist in the Manager of the Year competition (2008, 2012).
