The workshop focuses on one of the most central management disciplines and activities. We will focus on all the personnel activities of the manager, but especially on the effectiveness of the process. And this is often based on exercises or practical applications leading to the promotion and strengthening of team collaboration. Since this is an essentially comparable and measurable concept, we will come out of this. We will focus on the benefits and challenges of working with diverse personality types and ways to optimize collaboration. And while we can't do that in the long run without creating the proper atmosphere, we'll be very much about starting from the ground up. What makes a team successful, what makes a team profile. How to not only achieve something, but also maintain and ideally continuously further develop and improve it. So it's clear that in this workshop we will be drawing a lot on "best practices". Equally we will benefit from peer discussion and shared know how across all participants. This workshop will give you an interactive way to work through all the techniques and tips to improve the performance of each individual and team. During the workshop you will not only learn things, but also try things out practically and have the opportunity to engage in feedback and analysis. You also need to address probably the most basic and primary skill of any leader and worker and that is communication, which is where everything comes from.
