This practical workshop is designed for all those who want to adjust and deepen their well-being. We will examine what we need for our well-being and how to maintain it. We will open up the topics of work-life balance, energy management, your potential, and burnout syndrome. Everything will be interspersed with practical techniques and tips on how to work on your well-being, as well as discussion and mutual inspiration.

Lecturers

Lecturer and part university lecturer who began her professional and teaching experience in the voluntary sector and then in university. Her research has focused on intergenerational learning, workplace learning and workplace skills. Her approach to her work has been influenced by her experience of educating different age groups and the ideas of age management. She is a certified trainer of the scientifically proven Finnish training programme Professional Seniority®. When she is not creating methodologies, evaluations or mapping wellbeing and inclusion at our university, she can be found caring for her loved ones or on the yoga mat.

Mgr. et Mgr. Lenka Kamanová, Ph.D.

Deputy Director for Educational Activities, Institute of Lifelong Learning, MENDELU, expert cooperation with MoLSA

She graduated in Pedagogy and Teacher Education for Secondary Schools at MUNI. She works as a teacher and researcher at the Institute of Lifelong Learning of Mendel University in Brno. Her long-term theoretical, research, and application interests include adult and senior education, intergenerational learning, workability, age management, etc. She is the founder of the Intergenerational University of MENDELU. She has gained her professional and lecturing experience by cooperating with universities and various organizations educating adults and collaborating with the Labour Office and non-profit organizations (e.g., Age management z.s.). She worked as an expert in the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs projects focused on senior and family issues. She is a certified lecturer of the Professional Seniority and Corporate Radar training program, which she lectures for various target groups.
