You can read about work ability in various Age Management publications as a balance between work and a person's resources. In our workshop, we will show why work ability is essential for us to and how to take care of it and develop it. If you want to know where you stand with your work capability and how you can move it further, come and map it out with us in every detail. Using practical and concrete examples, we'll open up the topics of the demands and requirements of your job, work-life balance, change and conflict in the workplace, your potential, the importance of appreciation and intergenerational collaboration.

The course is designed for anyone who wants to learn more about their work capability and to indulge in two days of intensive work on themselves, their potential and their future professional and personal direction.

Note: If you have attended a Professional Seniority workshop in the past, this course builds on its foundation.

"This seminar, I dare say, was the best I have ever experienced, and I go to seminars very often. I can still feel the energy it gave me, and I hope it doesn't wear off. I hope to attend a similar seminar again in the near future. It was just great, and thank you very much."

"I stopped and realised the basic solid building blocks I need to do my job to be efficient but also healthy and happy. So, a picture has been painted of me wanting to think more about myself and inform my colleagues about the learning and development opportunities that MU and CERPEK offer. It has also reinforced to me that it is perfectly okay to respect other settings and that supporting the strengths of my fellow students is effective."
